Answers for people looking for a PG anywhere in India, and for owners running their PG business on PGly.
Yes. Browsing PG listings, comparing rent and vacancies, and contacting an owner through PGly's Find PG search is completely free for tenants, with no brokerage fee.
PGly pulls vacancy and pricing straight from each owner's live dashboard, so what you see reflects real occupancy rather than a listing that was never updated after it filled up.
Yes. The Find PG page lets you filter by men/women/co-living, AC or Non-AC, sharing size (single to 4-sharing), and monthly budget, and you can sort by distance from your current location.
No. You can browse and view any listed PG without signing up. An account is only needed if you want to save your details or if the property you move into is managed on PGly by your owner.
Every PG's page has a 'Request callback' form. Enter your name, phone number, and an optional message, and the owner sees it on their dashboard and can call you back directly.
Pricing hasn't been finalised yet. PGly's PG management dashboard is in early access. Sign up to get your PG set up now; we'll announce pricing plans as the product matures. Payment gateway integration and mobile apps are marked as coming soon.
Yes. An owner account supports multiple properties, each with its own rooms, tenants, rent collection, and dashboard, so you can run your whole PG business from a single login.
Once you've added your property and rooms, toggle it to listed from your property settings. It then appears in Find PG search results for tenants searching your city and locality.
Yes. ID documents are stored in a private file store and are only ever served through an access-checked link to the property's owner or an admin; they're never exposed as a public URL.
Yes. PGly generates each tenant's monthly rent charge in one click based on their room's rent, and you can add one-off charges like electricity or maintenance on top.
The Finances tab shows pending collections across all your properties, and the dashboard's 'Pending payments' tile gives a cross-property view you can drill into by month.
