Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of PGly at www.pgly.in (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

PGly provides tools for PG owners to manage properties, rooms, beds, tenants, charges and rent records, and for tenants to view their stay, dues and notices. The Find PG directory lists properties that owners choose to publish. PGly is a software tool — we are not a party to any rental agreement, and we do not verify, broker or guarantee any accommodation, listing or payment between owners and tenants.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Owner responsibilities

• Owners must have lawful authority and any consent required to enter and store tenant information (including ID numbers) on the Service.
• Listings published to Find PG must be accurate and describe real, available accommodation. Misleading listings may be removed.
• Rent, deposits and charges recorded on PGly are records between owner and tenant; collecting and refunding money is the owner’s responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting unauthorised access, scraping other users’ data, uploading unlawful content, impersonating others, or using the Service to harass or discriminate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability & changes

The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or add features (such as online payments) over time. We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PGly and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or data, or for disputes between owners and tenants. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero for free accounts).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or risk to other users.

9. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms by posting the revised version here with a new effective date. Questions: madmktgco@gmail.com.
